Refund policy
FLAWS/SHORTAGES:
In custom printing flaws can happen. We feel it necessary to set a strict flaw policy for this reason. Any flaw within 6" of the selvage is not cause for replacement or refunded yardage. In the event that you locate a flaw in the material or printing LARGER than a US quarter, please notify us. All flaws MUST BE REPORTED within 7 days following the delivery of your order. Any flaw identified after that period of time will not be refunded/replaced.
In the event you locate a flaw in your yardage you will have the option of one of the following resolutions:
For pieces 3 yards or less:
- You keep the yardage and take a 30% discount on 1 yard of fabric.
- You can return the flawed piece for a replacement piece. We will provide you with a return label.
- You can return for a full refund. We will provide you with a return label.
For pieces 3 yards or longer:
- You keep the yardage and take a 30% discount on 1 yard of fabric.
- You can return for a full refund. We will pay $7.20 towards the cost of shipping.
- Alternatively, you can cut your yardage down to a 1 yard piece and return that piece for replacement or refund, shipping paid by Kammie Lou Lou
SHORTAGES:
When fabric arrives to us it is stretched out very tightly onto a roll of fabric. As we cut, we cut from the roll. the fabric will relax over time. We do our best to over cut to allow for this but over a long period of time you can still end up an inch or 2 short on a run. ALL SHORTAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR FABRIC. AFTER THAT, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REPLACING OR COMPENSATING ANY SHORTAGES ON CUTS.
REFUND POLICY:
Due to the custom nature of our products there are no refunds on orders/fabrics. The only exception to this rule is if we have failed to properly represent what you are purchasing in terms of fabric content; fabric type and size. If you have an issue with a fabric you have received, please email: orders@kammieloulou.com and we will be happy to address your concerns. We reserve the right to replace the fabric first at our discretion a refund may be given should we find that we made an error. Furthermore, you must report any issue within 7 days of receiving your fabric shipment. After this period of time we reserve the right to deny compensation or replacement yardage.
Should we deem you are due a monetary refund, you will be refunded via your original form of payment.
LAYAWAY: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to opt-in to a layaway contract. By purchasing using the layaway code you agree that the deposit paid is non-refundable due to the custom nature of our product. After one non-payment of layaway, you will lose your layaway privileges on our site.
